Subject: In re Trenton Jewry
Hello Cousin Arthur !
Congratulations on your book, a most interesting one for me
and the Finkle family (one of the oldest Trenton families replete with a
fascinating history and personalities).
I placed into the mail (snail mail) a check payable to the
Trenton Jewish Historical Society for $100 for an autographed copy...my kids
will cherish it, as will I.
As I have always said..."I have taken myself out of
Trenton but I can never take Trenton out of myself."
I hope all is well with you and your family.
With warm regards,
Cousin
Howard Finkle

Hi
Art, Just finished reading your book - enjoyed it very much. There are so many
names that are familiar. You mentioned Joseph Spector and I am pretty sure that
was my Dad's uncle. I did not know about the theater. I did know of a cousin by
the name of Little Joe Spector an entertainer around the 30's. I have started a
family tree on Geni. Give my regards to Linda.

I was born in Trenton July 8, 1925, married Tiby

(1952) and Shifra (1954). We moved to New York City in 1959.
I think you are doing extraordinary work in dong
the Jews of Trenton.

Hello Art:
Yes, I did
received your book...thoroughly
enjoyed it...especially the photos and all the
names that I have not heard mentioned in a
long long time....brought back fond
memories
and possibly recollections that I would not
have had unless I saw the
names in print.
